User flows [Mobile view]

The website was designed with a mobile-first approach, ensuring an optimal user experience before scaling up to larger devices. This strategy prioritizes accessibility, performance, and core functionality for the primary user base

This User flow has a sequential structure. Using just 3 steps, it guides the user to find products with specific needs and requirements.

Product design phases behind the project

Phase 1: Investigation e Ideation

The research began with five questions about the business

through desk and user research,

the project's value proposition was defined:

"A responsive, local and informative website, where bakers can offer their products to all types of customers. Users can earn points while purchasing personalize bread and enjoy customized discounts"

and together with the types of users, their needs and benefits

three different user personas, along with their scenarios and journeys, were modeled

Phase 2: Prototyping and content arquitecture

The content structure was decided using two different co-creation workshops.

Then, four user flows were designed

these user flows were used for the initial sketches and wireframes

the sketches and wireframes were used to conduct user tests and validate:

and after reviewing the results, the final content architecture was created

Phase 3: UI design

Color use

8/16column - 8 point Layout Grid System
