Problems

After in-depth research and user interviews, we identified two key pain points in kitchen operations:

  1. Inefficient communication and task management in the kitchen.

  2. High stress and lack of collaboration between staff.

Features and roles

MENU feature: Centralized dish management with ingredients and task breakdowns. Here the Head Chef creates dishes linked to the kitchen workflow and their tasks list and organize them in categories.

PLAN feature: Detailed task scheduling for efficient kitchen operations. Here the Head Chef builds a structured Mise en Place with tasks from the MENU and add additional prep work for each service, ensuring a smooth daily operation.

MY DAY feature [Head chef]:

 Personalized and team-wide task management with priority settings.

The Head Chef can filter between tasks priority, set deadlines, and add notes for better coordination.

MY DAY feature [General chef]:

Personalized and team-wide task management with priority settings.



Chefs access their assigned tasks, filter between personal and team-wide views, and update progress.

RECIPE feature: Ai powered repository of current, seasonal, and experimental recipes. A central library where chefs can store, reference, and experiment with recipes. Each recipe includes ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and images, ensuring consistency and guiding new staff.
